Gore Tex breathable waterproof and strong

The Gore-Tex membrane is a thin layer of stretched PFTE, also known as Teflon. This plastic is attached to the outer fabric and lining of a garment. Gore-Tex products are windproof and waterproof, yet breathe and ventilate extremely well. Due to the composition of the Gore-Tex membrane, no water from outside can pass through the material, but it allows water vapour to pass through. As a result, rainwater is easily retained without the clothing scalding or the wearer perspiring. Ideal for workwear worn outside a lot. All items in our range with a mention of the Gore-Tex label contain this plastic.
